Customer Service Administrator | Full Time | Permanent | Wakefield
I am working with a Client in Wakefield to recruit a Customer Services Administrator.
As a customer service department, my client take care of our customer's needs from order placement, all the way through to logístical delivery and everything in between. My client are committed and valued team that collaborate with other functions across thebusiness to get the job done. This role is fundamental to the efficiency and professional performance of the customer service centre.
The role:
- Dealing with customer enquiries and orders via telephone and a shared inbox.
- Liaising with transport companies regarding customer deliveries.
- Working with the planning and despatch teams to ensure products are available and delivered at the right time, to the right place.
- Supporting Sales Managers in their endeavour to strengthen relationships with customers by checking stock levels and supplying customer price information.
- Co-ordinating with the Finance team to ensure that all credit and return requests are processed in a timely manner, so that customer payments are received on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
