We are looking for a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our fun and friendly team at Bed Student Rentals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy letting agency, in a varied role dealing with tenants, landlords and trades. Our small office, close to the University of Chester, has lots going on and no two days are the same

The right applicant will be bright and bubbly with an outgoing personality who is confident dealing with people both on the telephone and face to face. They will have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, with experience in business administration.

**Main Duties**:

- Maintain a database of tradesmen and contractors
- Deal with any maintenance issues as they arrive, keeping both the tenants and the landlords updated with regards to resolution, progress, timescales and costs.
- Keep a record of all maintenance issues outstanding, ongoing and complete
- Ensure that any associated costs in connection with maintenance and compliance are billed back to the landlord
- Conduct regular house inspections and report back to the landlords
- General administration support
- Ad-hoc project management refurbishment

- High level of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Confident on a computer with good knowledge of all aspects of Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
