**Job Title**:General Handyman

**Location**: County Durham

**Salary**:£15 - £20 per hour

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out painting and decorating tasks to a high standard, ensuring that all work is completed within the required timeframe.
- Attend to general maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing minor electrical and plumbing issues, replacing broken fixtures, and repairing damaged walls or flooring.
- Identify and address snags and defects in properties, ensuring that all work is completed to the satisfaction of the client.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the client or line manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance worker, with a focus on painting and decorating and snagging work.
- Good knowledge of general maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with other team members.
- Full UK driving licence and own tools are desirable.

**Salary**: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
