Page personnel are currently working hand in hand with this fantastic leading business to recruit for a Compliance administrator for their head office in the heart of Chester city centre.

**Description**

This role will include the following:

- Dealing with queries from Contractors
- Liaising with other departments within the business to manage processes and updates
- Assisting the Compliance Manager with specific certification queries.
- Ensuring certification is sent to licensees and internal Teams
- Awareness of health & safety, environmental health and trade critical issues and prioritise jobs accordingly
- Reporting to Compliance Manager on certification audits on Ostara
- Providing updates to Ostara in relations to changes for licensees, PPM programs and certification requirements
- Work within the guidelines and always maintain GDPR requirements

**Profile**

The successful compliance administrator will need the following:

- Strong administration skills
- Customer focus
- Excellent Excel and Outlook skills essential
- Good attention to detail
- Great organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Statutory legislation an advantage
- Property management experience is desirable but not essential

**Job Offer**
