Page personnel are currently working hand in hand with this fantastic leading business to recruit for a Utilities Administrator for their head office in the heart of Chester city centre.

**Description**

This Utilities Administrator role will include but not be limited to the following:

- Liaising with BDM's, brokers& external 3rd parties to ensure tenant changes are managed through to completion
- Maintenance of an internal utilities database ensuring all liability invoices are accurate before being passed to finance for processing & payment
- Any discrepancies or queries are raised to the relevant party and managed through to accurate completion
- Manage 3rd party customer portals
- Assist in resolving customer and supplier queries
- Assist in resolution of aged queries
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Ensuring consistency and integrity is maintained at all times to values and brand.

**Profile**

The successful Utilities Administrator will require the following:

- Strong administration skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Previous experience with tenancy would be advantageous
