**Fundraising Operations Officer**
**Development - External Relations**
**Full Time (35 hours per week), Permanent**
**Salary: £28,069 per annum**
**We are**: seeking a results-orientated Fundraising Operations Officer to lead the growth and optimisation of our Regular Giving Programme. As a key Development team member, you will work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Alumni Relations to strategically develop and execute fundraising campaigns, analyse donor data, and manage our fundraising database to ensure operational efficiency and maximise fundraising success.
**You will**:design and implement effective fundraising strategies focused on growing our Regular Giving Program and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.You willmanage the fundraising database (Spektrix) to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with data protection regulations and be focused on contributing directly to RCS's financial success, making a tangible impact on the institution's legacy.
**You will be**: highly numerate, particularly when monitoring income and expenditure across multiple channels, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, acting with discretion and confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,069.00 per year
