Customer Experience Coordinator- Hybrid Working

This is an extremely varied opportunity which requires excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be involved in a variety of customer service tasks including managing telephone calls and recording all correspondences in accordancewith GDPR. This role will be working within the Travel Support team and they offer hybrid working.

- First point of contact for incoming calls
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointment
- Operate in accordance with industry regulations
