About us:
Daniel Owen is an established recruitment consultancy specialising in the placement of quality temporary and permanent workers to all roles in the Built Environment. We work with some of the UK's largest and most respected construction, maintenance and engineering companies.
As office coordinator you will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Office Coordinator responsibilities:
- Following office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintaining files and records with effective filing systems
- Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Deal with customer complaints or issues
- Monitor office expenditures, supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in vendor relationship management
Office Coordinator requirements:
- Computer literacy and fluency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communications skills
- Knowledge of construction industry desirable, but not essential
