Great permanent opportunity to work within a successful Projects department as a Project Support Coordinator within a fast growing, Energy and Data company.
The role is to provide administrative support to the Project Delivery and Support Team and to enhance the customer experience.
This is an interesting position with varied tasks such as generating files and dealing with supplier's invoices, installing documentation onto systems and ensuring customer data is correct and amending where necessary.
Dealing with allocated emails and working within SLA's and compiling and amending bespoke customer contracts. Resolving customer complaints and queries following the company procedure and building a professional and friendly relationship with customers and suppliers.
Carrying out regular checks on customer reports and ensuring the documents are sent to the correct recipients. Updating notes and calls accurately on the company CRM and maintaining accurate notes of conference calls and in-house meetings, then distributing, as necessary. Providing other general ad-hoc administration duties as required.
This is a great opportunity to work within a Project Support Delivery Department with lots of opportunity for future career progression.
Skills and Experience required:
* Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong administrative and highly organised
* Minimum of one year administration experience within a commercial working environment
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* A passion and enjoyment for customer service and building customer rapport
* Professional and friendly telephone manner
* Confident with using internal Systems and CRM's and Databases
* Experience of Salesforce is desirable
* Good listener, understating the needs of customers and colleagues
* Strong work presentation skills
* High attention to detail
* Supportive, helpful team plater with a flexible and positive work attitude
* Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
* Professional, calm and confident manner
