This will play a key support role in delivering high quality customer and financial services, complaints support and asset management support to the Natural Environment Team as well as administration support.

The post holder will undertake the full range of administrative functions, ensuring that necessary systems and procedures are developed and once agreed adhered to with constant improvement review.

They will learn and provide support to the team in WDM and ELM asset management systems and interface with administrative systems within the teams (e.g. inspection programmes).

They will also provide interface with the Customer Contact Centre ensuring all FAQs and scripts are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure they are fit for purpose and help the ‘back office’ support service to run smoothly and efficiently. The post holder will also have project responsibilities in areas from time to time (e.g. planning, formal consultation processes etc.)

The post holder will be a key player in the management of our assets, working alongside the property team and site holders to manage the disposals and sales of sites.

They will also be responsible for reviewing financial processes and ensuring that the guidance is up to date. Management of the payment card, including coding.

The post holder will also be responsible for the webpage content, updating and reviewing to ensuring it is fit for purpose.

Whilst the location/work-base for this role may have been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g., from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
