**Job Summary**

Support the resident journey from enquiry to discharge in a professional manner, promoting a positive image of Springdene Care Homes. They will be the first contact for any person either calling or visiting the home, during normal office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Provide the home manager, and their team, with administrative support to ensure the safe and effective running of the home.

**Main Responsibilities**

1. Presenting a professional image of the home, acting as the first point of contact for any person.

2. Work closely with the Home Manager in the general day-to-day administration of the home, including the maintaining IT systems such as Tensor, CRM, CMS, SAS, MS Office, Cascade HR.

3. Responsible for the management of new residents’ admissions and enquiries professionally and proficiently, alongside the management team in the home, this will include show-rounds.

4. Provide in-home support for HR administration and recruitment.

5. Assist the finance team in financial administration of the home.

6. Manage the reception team, which will include regular and timely supervision and performance reviews, so receptionists are fully supported in being effective in their roles.

7. Maintain standards of practise to meet CQC requirements and legislative directives.

8. Actively promote and demonstrate Springdene Care Homes Group values.

**Salary**: £27,700.00 per year
