The Role

London Business School are looking for a Programme Administrator, Graduate Masters to join Degree Education on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

The Programme Administrator will provide administrative support to our Graduate Masters Programme, management team and stakeholders (students, faculty, teaching assistants and colleagues). You will provide exceptional service to our students and contribute to the delivery of a high-quality experience. The postholder will deliver and develop the degree programme, generating ideas for continual improvement and innovation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Management of enquiries to the Programme Office Team Mailbox, promptly ensuring that questions are addressed or escalated as appropriate to enable effective resolution.
  • Production and management of student letters.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and update team calendars; supporting with the administration of on-boarding activities.
  • Act as first point of contact for Graduate Masters students (face-to-face, phone and email) responding in an approachable and timely manner, addressing or escalating queries to ensure effective resolution.
  • Communication with stakeholders, event bookings and set up, attendance monitoring and feedback management.
Who we are looking for
  • Experience in a similar role (customer service environment or in a forward/client facing role).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to address a variety of stakeholders.
  • Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organise and prioritise.
  • Sound working knowledge of standard IT packages including Microsoft (Word,Excel,Powerpoint).
