About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Programme Administrator to support the administration of learning and teaching on Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate Taught programmes at UCL Eastman Dental Institute.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver a high-quality administrative service to students, colleagues, and partners, working collaboratively with academic and professional colleagues across the Faculty and UCL.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing programme information, and coordinating events and activities. You will also work closely with other administrative colleagues as part of a team to ensure the effective operation of the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our programmes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment, with excellent administration skills and an organized and flexible approach to work. You will also have experience of working independently and as an active member of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to the effective operation of the team.
