Customer Success Executive

**About the role**
As our **Customer Success Executive**, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers gain maximum value from our software in every aspect of their day to day operations and helping the head of Inbound to improve the quality of tickets that are being passed to 2nd line support. You will be logical and methodical in your approach to the customer success mission.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Strong product knowledge, coupled with a deep understanding of how customers use software to manage daily business operations.
- A good understanding of the client’s needs and resolving their requirement efficiently and politely while providing customer education articles to encourage the use of our digital knowledgebase
- The ability to troubleshoot any potential reported bugs and provide the necessary steps to recreate to the technical team (engineers/development)
