**We are looking for a high-calibre Customer Success Executive who is comfortable working in a high-growth company. You must be up for getting your hands dirty by**:

- **Drive our customers' success by working with them to deploy our technology platform to solve their problems**:

- **Support the customer lifecycle including onboarding, adoption, success and renewal**:

- **Understand client requirements and be able to identify upsell opportunities**:

- **Support the Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to deliver client satisfaction**:

- **Drive product engagement by constantly reselling our service offerings**:

- **Aid clients in achieving their goals by understanding their problems and site setup**:

- Manage the campaign set up and work closely with the marketing team to deliver within SLAs
**Customer Success Executive requirements and desired skills**:

- **Proven experience as a Customer Success Executive or similar role, preferably within a start up**:

- **Outstanding attention to detail and very thorough**:

- **Self-Motivated and Organised and able to learn and follow processes**:

- **Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team**:

- **You will be someone who works well in pressure situations and can prioritise tasks**:

- **You should be adaptable either in your approach to working with clients or colleagues to deliver the best outcomes**:

- **Team and goal-oriented.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction**:

- **Passionate about our product and ways of working**:

- Strong administrative skills and able to learn new software to manage client and project tracking
- Credibility and gravitas with the ability to easily build rapport and establish valuable long-term relationships
