An opportunity has arisen at our European Headquarters in Glenrothes, Fife for a **Marketing Coordinator** to join our team on a permanent basis.

**Role Summary**:
To provide support to the Marketing Manager with tactical marketing and administrative activities. To additionally provide administrative assistance to other teams that may include Application Engineering, Product Management, Customer Service, Finance or Sales. The role may be split between multiple departments to provide administrative support as required.

**Essential Functions**:

- Be the main point of contact within the department for all administrative support.
- Responsible for updating spec sheets - editing spec sheets, adding to Q-Pulse, managing approvals, and ensuring the latest version is posted on the website. This also includes managing translated spec sheets, ensuring when the English version is updated, the translated spec sheet is also edited at the same time. Managing the spec sheet tracker, ensuring that all edits are captured and sent to Sales.
- To co-ordinate the set up and management of all Suppliers on the system, following the PO process, raising manual credits/ POs where necessary and updating the Marketing spend spreadsheet as required.
- Coordinate and manage vendors, consultants, and other partners as required.
- Support regional marketing plan(s) development and implementation
- Manage and coordinate regional webinar development with associated deliverables.
- Assist with developing PDI (Product Development) presentations and deliverables.
- To manage the organisation and execution of all Customer visits for Sales.
- To co-ordinate shipments from Glenrothes to our third-party Warehouse, as well as to our regional offices, event locations etc, completing transport requests as appropriate.
- Collect printer quotes, organise print runs and alert third-party warehouse with delivery details.
- To be responsible for organising and maintaining the marketing cupboard, keeping track of all promotional merchandise, samples, and stock quantities.
- To manage all translation projects through to completion, following the approval process and maintaining version control.
- Save files in the marketing drive in relevant folders, sort and tidy. Add articles and product support materials to the Learning Resource Center on a regular basis.
- Order business cards for EU employees as required.
- Diary management and travel arrangements required for the Department Manager on an ad-hoc basis.

**Education**
- Good Higher grades (English, Business Studies and Maths)
- HNC or two-year degree in an administrative and/or marketing/commercial discipline would be an advantage.

**Experience**
- Able to work in a fast-paced Marketing team, juggling multiple projects and challenging deadlines.
- Administrator background/ experience required.

**Skills**
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills both in terms of written and verbal communications.
- Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and a flexible approach to workload and tasks.
- Confident in working collaboratively across departments and groups.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and under own initiative.
- Positive and “can do” attitude, want to exceed expectations.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Some basic In Design skills also required

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**:

- Fast paced office environment.
- Manufacturing environment.

**Travel**:

- There is limited travel with this role. Expectation is approximately two trips requiring overnight stays per year.
