People and Culture Coordinator

**What you will be doing**
As a member of our People and Culture team, you will play a key role in enabling the local P&C strategy through supporting all people activity in the regions (EMEA and Americas), as well as offering co-ordination and implementation support for global People & Culture activities as required. You will be the “right hand” person to the Head of People and Culture for the Northern Hemisphere. **Key focus areas will include...**
- Live and breathe 3P’s purpose and values and help bring these to life in every way
- Provide co-ordination and administrative support on all employment life cycle activities including;
- _recruitment_ - success profiles, advertising, screening, reference and background checks, contract preparation;
- _onboarding_ - ensuring a seamless employee experience for new starters to ensure they can hit the ground running;
- during employment - support for life cycle activities such as performance & remuneration reviews, learning & development, engagement survey, recognition, compliance
- offboarding of employees - exit surveys, update of HRIS
- Act as first line contact where needed for 3P employees in region
- Optimise internal systems and databases ensuring integrity and relevance of data and information
- Prepare reports and generate insights to inform people decisions and Board updates
- Facilitate activities and events to drive connection and collaboration across teams; continue to build 3P as an inclusive and fun place to work. This will include planning and coordination of Sales conferences, year end events and meetings
- Support the roll out of global initiatives across the region as P&C colleagues require
- Provide support to People & Culture and other teams on an “as needed” basis
- Support Finance team as back up Payroll contact for designated region/s
**Ideally you will have**:
- 1-2 years administrative and coordination experience working within a People & Culture, Human Resources or related team.
- Strong organisational and administrative capability; able to provide a high level of internal customer service
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with an HRIS, LMS and design packages. Experience with BambooHR, JobAdder ideal.
- General knowledge of relevant employment legislation and payroll requirements
- Comfortable with extracting and using data effectively to elicit meaningful insights
- Experience working with confidential data
- Comfort with event planning including booking hotels, conference facilities, and menu planning
