**Business Support Assistant**

Salary : £22,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

A well-respected, award-winning Mechanical & Electrical contractor, specialising in high profile commercial / construction projects across the UK is currently seeking a Business Support Assistant / Document Controller

My client requires a proactive individual to join them on a full-time basis, to work from their Nottingham based office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administration skills.

**Business Support Assistant**

In your new role as Business Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team and be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities are:

- Document production and formatting
- Uploading and downloading documents via a range of systems / document management portals
- Printing, binding, copying, scanning, folding, filing, and shredding
- Open / distribute incoming / outgoing post
- Providing administration support with projects
- Periodically review the data held in Project Management System, creating job numbers, updating where required
- Oversee QA within the team providing updates to the Team Leader and Tech Group
- Collate and respond to supplier questionnaires / insurance requests requested by clients
- Organising client meetings and team meetings including team social events
- Travel arrangements; booking hotels, train tickets, flights, car hire
- Arrange car parking as and when required
- Booking company cars in for MOT, Service repairs etc
- Supporting the Project Managers.
