**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Project Consultant** to join our growing Delegate Management project team. The key focus is project deliverables, be that within the registration timelines or hotel management. We are looking for a team member who can multi-task, prioritise and build rapport with clients and the team.

You will have excellent customer service and great communication skills, a good understanding of spreadsheets and databases. Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and have the confidence to liaise with event delegates and clients as well as suppliers. Sound like you? Read on

**As a Project Consultant, you will**:

- Have experience of managing multiple project deliverables
- Have a good understanding of delegate management/ hotel management within events.
- Research, recommend, negotiate and contract appropriate suppliers.
- Be client facing
- Problem solve and communicate information to internal and external stakeholders including clients and suppliers
- Work with and manage technologies and systems as per the client brief
- Ability to travel onsite as required to support events (both in the UK and overseas).

**You’re good at**:

- Experience of working in a project based environment.
- Previous client and delegate facing experience.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of comfort and accuracy with figures and evaluate numerical data with experience of basic IT programs.
- Excellent communication skills along with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, projects and tight deadlines.

**You might also have**:

- Experience in project management in a meetings & events environment.
- Experience of sourcing hotels for events or hotel contracting.

**You should know**:

- This is a **hybrid** role that requires 3 days a week in our Fleet office
- Our standard working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour break
- You must have the ability to travel within the UK and overseas
- **You must also have the right to work within the UK**
