**Summary**

**Tasks**

Environment and sustainability is the main focus area, there may be some ad-hoc tasks related to Safety, Wellbeing and Quality.
- Build relationships with the Business Units - understand what they do and how we can best support them in their environmental ambition.
- Appreciate our autonomous business model and work within it.
- Learn our environmental reporting system and support the business units in the reporting and interpretation of their environmental data
- Guide and advise the business units with regard to scope1, 2 and 3.
- Support with addressing Scope 3
- Help to roll out any initiatives on sustainibility
- Support the business units with green offers
- Drive sustainability forward within the business
- Build on your understanding of science based targets, ESOS, Product lifecycle, ESG to help educate the Business Units.

**Person Specification**

v Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

v Strong written and spoken English

v Strong writing, presentation, communications and analytical skills

v Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint)

v Previous work experience in a corporate environment within an Environmental role is desirable

v A passion for the Environment.

v Attention to detail, tenacious and a self-starter.
