**Customer Support Administrator**

We are looking for a Customer Support Administrator.

**The Role**:
Performs a full range of administrative support duties of a confidential and challenging nature. Supporting the Customer Support Manager and the unit. Facilitates workflow by using organizational knowledge to determine how to handle incoming requests and assignments, including work going to and from other managers. The position reports to Bob Holt, Customer Support Manager, and will be based at the Langar Branch.

**Major Duties**:

- Schedules meetings, coordinates travel arrangements, books flights, and maintains appointment calendars on behalf of department managers or supervisors**.**:

- Researches, resolves and responds to inquiries/concerns from internal and/or external customers. Escalates complex issues for resolution as appropriate.
- Gathers, creates, maintains, and/or summarizes potentially sensitive or confidential data from various sources to complete reports and special projects.
- Receives and refers visitors and telephone callers within the department, which may require referring calls to different departments.
- May create and maintain sensitive department records; uses data to prepare letters and memoranda and prepares documents for distribution.
- Maintains and updates DVLA vehicle and machine registrations for UK & Ireland, using RAV & ROS systems.
- Records attendance for warehouse employees.
- Management and processing of annual leave requests within the team.
- Updates warranty and labor rates in the John Deere system.
- Co-ordinates dealer warranty audits.
- Verification of expenses prior to processing for the customer support field team.
- Recording and communicating with dealers’ warranty extensions.
- Debits and credits through the SAP system.
- Proofreading and publishing dealer bulletins into the dealer bulletin system.

**Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience**:

- Knowledge of information systems including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Previous Customer Support/Administration experience.

This is a Langar-based role with a hybrid working policy in place.
