Due to exceptional growth and internal promotion, we are looking for an experienced Customer Support Administrator to join our expanding Driver Planning team.

Customer Support Administration duties will include;
- Answering the telephone.
- Receiving and relaying messages.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets.
- Liaising with customers and drivers.
- Taking bookings
- Customer Support

The Customer Support Administrator will play a key role in the department so must be a team player, have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Full Time - Permanent.
- £11per hour.
- 20+ Statuary holidays.

Schedule:

- 34 hours over 4 days with a 30 minute lunch break.
- Monday - Friday position, day off to be negotiated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
