R13 recruitment are currently assisting a reputable Norwich based Financial Services organisation in their search for a **Post Admin Assistant **to join then on a part-time basis. The purpose of this role will be to provide business support through the handling of incoming/outgoing post and providing reception cover where needed.

This is a part-time opportunity working 3 days or 9am-3pm.

**Duties to include**:

- Handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Ensuring post is distributed correctly across the group.
- Working in association with all departments.
- Providing reception cover where needed which will include handling incoming telephone calls.

**You will have/be**:

- Previous administrative experience.
- Excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to effectively prioritise workload.
- Proactive in your approach, ensuring deadlines are being met.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.

This is a part-time opportunity working 3 days or 9am-3pm. Offered salary is up to £18,000 - £20,000 dependent on experience, pro rata.
