Job summary East Anglia's Children's Hospice are currently seeking a confident admin assistant to join their busy reception team on a permanent, part-time basis.
The role is offered on 30 hours per week, to work across 4/5 days at The Nook Hospice site in Norwich.
Working with the lead administrator you will cover both the admin office and front desk.
We would welcome applications from organised, adaptable and friendly individuals who are keen to help us provide high levels of customer service.
Main duties of the job Welcome families, service users, visitors to the hospice and provide support the admin needs of the hospice.
Deal with post and distribute them appropriately.
Provide secretarial support as required, typing letters and reports.
Taking and typing minutes.
General photocopying, scanning and filing.
Excel mail merges.
Update SystmOne.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential CSE/GCSE English and Maths grade C or above or equivalent.
Experience Essential Good English language skills.
Excellent IT skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, Internet and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively, working in a confidential and discreet manner.
A knowledge of databases.
Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and maintain a high level of attention to detail, when under pressure.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, as well as independently.
SystmOne experience would be an advantage.
