**About the role**
- Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain project documentation and records
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle communication with stakeholders and team members
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Updating progress of the installations through to raising any faults, defects, and blockages on the Field wire system.
- Providing documentation (RAMS, Operations & Maintenance Manuals)
- Live online scheduling, supporting, and directing our onsite technicians.
- Arranging collections and deliveries to sites
**Ideal requirements**:
We are looking for a well organised, driven, and enthusiastic person, for a career and to gain experience in washroom / cubical sector.
High attention to quality of product detail, managing planning the logistics of products through our Logistical partners.
**Education**:
- Grad/ A-Level but will accept previous experience.
**Experience**:
- Construction App (Field wire or alternative) - Preferred but not essential. as full and specific on the job training will be provided.
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel) English spoken with effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Work Ethic, and able to work independently and within a team
- UK driving license
