The OPRA Group has a great opportunity for a Senior Operational Support Assistant to work closely with recruiting managers across Adult Social Care providing end-to-end support with all recruitment and retention administration.

This role is Temp to Perm (Long-Term) - Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

**Role Duties**:
Organise and attend community events, enrolment and career and recruitment days, jobs fairs and exhibitions to help raise the profile of Adult Social Care within both our local communities and wider.

Collate and monitor induction and probation paperwork, ensuring that recruiting managers understand their responsibilities in this area and providing guidance and support on the process.

Provide administration support with respect to any well-being and engagement initiatives that support social care workforce retention, such as employee surveys, and working with wider HR teams and OD / WD partners, both internally and across the care system.

**Senior Operational Support Assistant - Essential Skills & Experience Required**:

- Full RTW in the UK

**Senior Operational Support Assistant - Key Requirements**:

- Experience working in a busy HR/recruitment/business support environment, ideally within a regulated environment.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment administration processes and advising managers on best practices.
- Experienced in managing conflicting demands.
- Experience in onboarding new recruits.
