We have an opportunity to join a fast paced, fun and diverse Wedding and Events Business located within the South East.

**The position will involve but not limited to**:

- Dealing with customers queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- General administrative support for the whole team on the day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Preparing client files and maintaining these files with documentation; chasing clients for any missing information not provided within their records.
- To ensure all correspondence receives prompt attention and is maintained accurately and promptly
- Communication with Directors, Customers and other staff members to ensure accuracy of the information.
- Accept and sort delivery of materials ordered.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Administrative experience: 3-4 years (preferred)
- Experience and confidence in telephone call handling in an office environment are essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience of using the Microsoft package including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Highly focused and accurate with an uncompromising eye for detail. A great eye for numbers is essential.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline focused environment.
- Effective and competent organisational skills.
- Good problem solver, able to respond quickly to changing business needs.
- Flexible/adaptable working approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but show individual accountability.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility.
