Administrative and HR Assistant

**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to manager and IT engineers to increase efficiency of operations
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, logs tickets and supports visitors and customers
- Carries out administrative duties such as organising information and documents, typing etc
- Manages routine renewal subscriptions of IT services
- Supports the company director in recruitment processes
- Assists in the retention of employees by monitoring staff morale and identifying ways to improve the functionality of the company
- Coordinates staff training and team building events
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Assists bookkeeper in basic book keeping tasks i.e. chasing overdue invoices
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
