We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Peterborough based client. They are looking for a strong administrator to come on board and join the team in a busy and varied admin-based role. This role is 100% office based working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30.

The role:

- Answering incoming calls to the business
- Data entry into the Quality Management System
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Capturing information and enter into MS Excel documents
- Maintaining stationery
- General administrative tasks and assisting other team members

The person:

- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft Office packages and highly competent in Excel
- Accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally immediately available to start working
- Able to work in a very reactive environment due to lots of changes all the time
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Methodical, high attention to detail and thorough
- Capable of following processes
- Engineering / Accounts background could be useful

**Benefits**:

- Holiday - 20 days plus bank holidays +1 day after each years’ service (capped at 25 days)
