**Title: Office Administrator / Contract Administrator**

The Best Connection are recruiting a Contracts Administrator for a client in Newton Aycliffe.

Main Duties include:

- General office administrative/clerical duties
- Data entry including updating spreadsheets, databases and MRP system
- Processing orders, to provide appropriate delivery dates as required and reacting to urgent customer demands and expectations in real time
- Allocation of repairable stock to orders
- Assist with the additional work function
- Work closely with the contracts/sales team and with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing and maintaining customer orderbooks
- Uphold a high level of customer relationships
- Good communications skills
- Good attention to detail and ideally have some experience of working in an office administration or customer services environment.

Hours of work are:

- Monday to Thursday 08.30am to 17.30pm, Friday 08.30am to 15.30pm
- £10.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
