Are you passionate about data management? Perry Process Equipment Ltd, a leading provider of high-quality used and refurbished process equipment, is seeking a Data Office Administrator to join their team.

Perry Process Equipment's vision is to supply high quality used process equipment for a competitive price, this is what drives their company today. The main objective of your role will be to look into how the company can generate more enquiries in the UK and Germany.

As a Data Administrator Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team responsible for supporting the sales team and answer any incoming calls into the office, data analysis, supporting with managing dashboards, utilising Excel and so much more to enhance your office and data administration skills.

In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Data Essentials qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

**A Typical Day in the Job**:

- Supporting Sales, i.e providing customers with quotes for equipment and ad-hoc office admin duties
- Answering the telephone enquiries when calls come into the office
- Analysis such as competitor analysis and other analysis on sales orders in Lotus CRM, focusing on trends, especially within subcategories like profitability and sales trends
- Support with managing an extensive dashboard that has five key areas such as tracking whether the sales team meets targets or discounts excessively, aiming for discounts below 10%, focuses on logging inquiries in the database, assigning them to sales managers based on geography and relevance for management.
- Looking at enquiries data within Excel - they will also have monthly reviews to look at the close rate i.e if they have 100 enquiries, how many go to sale
- Looking into data such as how much they've spent as a company and how much equipment they've been buying
- Using systems such as CRM called Lotus, Sage for Accountancy queries, Semrush to see how they're trending with keywords and searches on Google
- Data visualisation such as inputting 10 years worth of hystorical data into graphs and trend charts - they can also support the branch in France with creating visuals and a dashboard

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

- Salary - £18,000 - £25,000
- Monday Friday 8:30 - 4:30
