**Position**: Office Administrator (All Rounder)
**Location**: North East, UK
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Organisation Mastery**: Efficiently manage, organise, and file important documents to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Team.
- **Communication Prowess**: Draft, type, and proofread quotes and maintenance contracts, ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to excellence.
- **Customer Interaction**: Proactively engage with customers to schedule services, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- **Feedback Collection**: Regularly reach out to our valued clients to gather feedback, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement.
- **Data Management**: Diligently update and maintain client information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Supplier Communication**: Collaborate with suppliers to gather cost information, ensuring we stay competitive and informed.
- **Operational Excellence**: Efficiently raise purchase orders, contributing to our streamlined operations.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
