To manage and co-ordinate the activities of the CBRE MAC team, to deliver excellent service across all areas of the moves and changes spectrum from furniture fitting and installation to individual people moves. To ensure adherence to CBRE best practice, alignment with client standards and play a key role in supporting the UK MAC Project Team in all aspects of moves, changes and project based activities across the clients London campus.

**Key responsibilities**:
Day to day management of the in-house MAC team in line with CBRE policies and best practice.

Maintain and develop business relationships with key contacts throughout all business

groups.

Work with business contacts and colleagues in S&O team to build and develop project scopes and provide expert knowledge on move management solutions.

Maintain working relationships with external contractors and internal colleagues.

Support the Project Management Team with the on-site management of appropriate outsourced service providers for moves / churn and construction / refurbishment activities, ensuring compliance to appropriate agreed quality of service levels in all aspects of moves / churn and construction / refurbishment services operations.

Co-ordinate MAC team in resolution of Helpdesk Projects: Including moves, furniture changes and accessory replacement and refurbishment.

Co-ordinate MAC team to deliver end to end servicing of Marketplace process “CRS Moves, Adds and Changes”.

Report and feedback weekly to UK S&O Manager on all aspects of work and ongoing stages of completion, identifying proactively possible opportunities and road blocks in the path of the project or works.

Provide on a weekly basis to all colleagues across the moves and changes lifecycle a change control document detailing all planned and proposed works to be co-ordinated on the campus.

**Education**

General Education GCSE, minimum 5 at pass levels required.

**Skills**

Fully competent in all Microsoft office packages specifically Excel

Experience of project management lifecycle and processes desirable.

Fully versed in moves and changes processes, risk assessment and logístical planning.

**Experience**

12-24 months of experience in the moves and changes environment essential with experience of Project Management and furniture fitting an advantage

**Aptitude**

Excellent communications, both written and verbal with an emphasis on the ability to relate to staff, peers and senior management in a relaxed, professional manner.

Strong leadership abilities

Good organisation and forward planning skills.
