**Location**:Hybrid from our offices in London, Manchester or Chester.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 classification in a Business or IT/Computing field.
- Experience in a similar PMO role with a strong business acumen and understanding of projects.
- Proactive and good at structuring your own and others' work. You have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build, maintain and develop relationships to foster team collaboration.
- Previous experience from a consultancy and/or software company would be beneficial.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and influence all programme administration activities, supporting the process of management reporting to ensure data is available for business reviews.
- Conduct project reviews on areas such as project progress, quality, client satisfaction, resourcing and need for prioritisation between projects.
- Contribute to the development of project related processes, methods, tools, templates, and systems to support an efficient delivery to the customer.
- Coordinate communication between projects, ensuring documents and processes are clear, simple and standardised.
