Customer Liaison Officer

**You will be responsible for**:

- Undertaking comprehensive consultations with our customers.
- Providing reliable and empathetic support to our customers.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across our Housing and Development teams, supporting them to progress work programmes efficiently.
- Providing guidance to our customers on proposed projects.
- Liasing between various stakeholders and providing conflict resolution where required.
- Provide statistical information and reports as required.

**The skills, knowledge & experience required;**
- Excellent customer care (Ability to communicate sympathetically)
- Experience of consulting with customers and stakeholders
- Strong IT skills
- Experience of producing reports
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ideally you will have previously worked in social housing

**Salary**: Up to £29,781.00 per year
