**Company Background**: Pet Treats Wholesale is a fast growing dog treat manufacturer and e-commerce brand. We aim to bring the finest natural dog treats to the market to provide healthy alternatives to traditionally processed dog treats. We have been around for over a decade and have been supplying a mixture of both trade and retail customers.
We are going through a period of high growth and are looking to establish ourselves as a major player in the dog food and treat industry in the UK and Europe.
**Role Description**: We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to help manage the ever-increasing number of accounts we are dealing with. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for:
- Resolving issues with orders and accounts.
- Onboarding new trade accounts into our Trade and Wholesale Portal, and managing these accounts.
- Developing processes and suggesting tools to further improve our customer service processes.
- Responding to content engagement on our social media accounts.
- The delivery of sales and marketing materials to major accounts.
- Attending events with the company trade stand, meeting and selling treats to members of the public
- 5+ GCSEs Grade A-C or equivalent
- Either A-Levels, BTEC or an equivalent post-high school qualification
- A native fluency in spoken and written English
- The ability to use Office + other basic software tools
- Must be a dog owner/lover - otherwise experienced working with dogs
- Experience working in a customer facing role
**Other attributes that are desired not essential are**:
- Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role
- Previous experience with customer service focused tools such as Zendesk
- Previous experience resolving disputes with couriers, and proof of delivery tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
