**ustomer Service Executive**
**HYBRID - **Office based in Burton Upon Trent for 2 days per week and 3 days home based (on completion of training).
**£21,500 Per Annum Depending on experience (21 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays)**
**Full Time - Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm & Fri 8am-3:30pm**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Receiving, responding to, handling, or redirecting, if necessary, all incoming calls.
- Proactive ownership of a customer sales portfolio.
- Guiding/assisting and being the resource for product queries.
- Order receipt, process, acknowledgement, invoice. Through to warehouse for output.
- Complaint handling.
- Identifying new opportunities within existing Customers as well as spotting new targets.
- Discussing new targets with Sales Manager and agreeing approach.
- Input and use of CRM system (Salesforce) to assist in Account Management with concise record keeping.
**Must have qualities & skills for this role**:
- Good level of computer literacy- High level of customer service- 2 years working in a Customer Service Advisor environment.- Good communication skills- High level of attention to detail**Desirable Attributes**:
