Office Administrator

We have a vacancy coming up for an Office Administrator to join our friendly, busy admin team. You will provide support for all departments at the firm and no two days are the same. If this sounds like something that would interest you please get in touch.

Duties include:

- Assisting account and tax managers with completing jobs
- Incoming and outgoing post for office
- Management of office filing system and assist with the changeover to paperless
- Meet and greet clients in the office
- Update the companies database efficiently and accurately

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year office experience, although full training will be provided.
- High level of computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Good time management, attention to detail
- A helpful disposition and a willingness to learn
- Flexibility required to cover holidays, sickness etc
- Administration experience within an accountancy would be advantageous

Working hours are 8.30am
- 4.45pm/9 am - 5.15 pm Monday to Friday

Full training will be provided. Please note this is an admin job only.
