We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our team and manage day-to-day office operations. The successful applicant will be willing to make routine administrative tasks a priority and complete them in a timely manner. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and an ability to create and maintain an inviting office space for staff members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take and transcribe dictation and prepare letters, reports, and other documents in accordance with accepted style and format.
- Set up appointments and meetings.
- Answer telephone calls and screen them to determine the appropriate action to be taken.
- Schedule meetings.
- Maintaining and updating company database and records
- Order office supplies.
- Answer correspondence by mail or telephone in accordance with accepted style and format.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£20,425.00 per year
