_**We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to work alongside the Practice Management team to support the delivery of General Practice services.**_
- **Location: Salisbury**_

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Practice Management team to provide a timely and responsive service for the implementation and maintenance of a range of business, administrative, clinical and patient services.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for the preparation and organisation of bill payments and expenditure information on Xero accounts system as well being responsible for maintaining systems in relation to business claims and contracts.

Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills in order to effectively maintain and develop communication within the practice to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment but has a strong work ethic and the desire to develop their skills and gain experience in a General Practice environment. The successful applicant will be a completer/finisher. Applicants should have previously worked in an administrative or HR based role. Whilst Primary Care experience is preferred it is not essential.

This vacancy is a full-time position and successful applicants require a full clean driving licence.
