**What will you do?**

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Systematically Maintaining the client subscriber database in the HITS System by managing and verifying the daily upload of new and updated customer account information.
- Processing customer subscriber source data by reviewing uploaded data both systematically and (as a final check) manually within the HITS system for deficiencies.
- Resolving deficiencies by using standard procedures for returning incomplete or incorrectly formatted data files to the client for resolution.
- Working with the HITS System support teams to resolve HITS system data handling issues.
- Testing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data into HITS test systems and manages the resolution of any processing issues to completion.
- Securing information by proving that the automated inbound customer file data backups have worked correctly and can be accessed in accordance with Likewize’s DP policy.
- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection/information security policies and procedures.

**What do you need?**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Understanding of Enterprise level system architecture and how large-scale data transfers occur and typical data transit and processing errors.

Experience Required:

- Structured Data processing experience
- SQL querying and problem solving
- Understanding of GDPR
- Understanding of Quality control processes within System Management
- 3 years working in a similar data processing field.
