**About Our Client**:
As a HR Officer your key responsibilities will be:
- Assist with the employee lifecycle including onboarding of new starters, probations, employee relations, leavers, payroll
- Advising on policies and procedures
- Assist the HR Manager with employee relations cases, mainly absence management
- Assist with recruitment
- Assist with HR Administration
- HR project work as and when required
- Advise managers on lower level Employee Relations cases and oversee process
- Ad hoc HR duties
**The Successful Applicant**:
- Have 1-3 years' HR experience
- Live locally to Milton Keynes and able to be office based full time
- Be confident and an excellent communicator
- Be able to work well independently and within a team
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
