**Role overview**
- The Air Ambulance Service provides two very important functions, Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and The Children’s Air Ambulance which provides paediatric transfers across the UK. Our objective is to save lives, utilising specialist pilots, doctors, and paramedics and with our work centred on saving lives, improving clinical outcomes and being able to react quickly and efficiently to emergencies.

**The role**:

- We have a great role for someone looking to develop their career in ‘back of house’ Retail. Based at our Daventry Retail Head office we are looking to recruit an
- **Ecommerce and Product Coordinator.** This role will be busy and varied working across two different functions to support our Ecommerce offering and our stores with new goods to drive sales in these areas.
- You will be the key link between our retail stores and head office covering multiple aspects such as store communication, product replenishment, incoming stock champion, invoicing, customer service and stock management for products going out to our stores. Building relationships with your stakeholders will be the key to success as we seek to build stronger collaboration between teams.

**Experience**:
We are looking to appoint someone who has worked in Retail (either front of house or back office operations) with a passion for Ecommerce and Product Development. You will be comfortable at building new relationships with new people using varied communication tools, this is a busy role with lots of tasks and projects running simultaneously so you will have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. Accountability is important to us so we will look for you to be proactive and actively seek out opportunities for improvement across the function.

The role is based at our Retail Head office in Daventry as part of a vibrant team. There may be some requirement for travel if the role requires it.
