Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the entire customer journey from first click to conversion across digital touchpoints
  • Driving growth through acquisition, conversion, and retention while boosting website revenue
  • Collaboration with external partners and teams to enhance the website and third-party platforms
  • Maximizing performance using analytics and focusing on key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, AOV, and CTR

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce selling products online
  • Familiarity with Amazon and Shopify platforms
  • Success in implementing digital marketing strategies with external agencies
  • Understanding of SEO and PPC, with the ability to analyze performance using Google tools
