Job Summary:

Join B & V Chemicals as a Factory Production Specialist and take on a vital role in overseeing the production process at our Daventry site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the efficient batching off of products, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company protocols.
  • Oversee regular COSHH assessments to guarantee employee safety and product quality.
  • Closely collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and satisfy customer needs.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with current health and safety standards, particularly COSHH assessments.
  • Prior experience working in a similar production environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Employment Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • A standard full-time schedule with a 40-hour workweek (6am-6pm shifts).
  • An annual leave entitlement of 23 days, including bank holidays.
  • Eligibility for long-service awards and a referral incentive.
