Factory Production Specialist

Join B & V Chemicals as a Factory Production Specialist and take on a vital role in overseeing the production process at our Daventry site.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage the efficient batching off of products, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company protocols.
- Oversee regular COSHH assessments to guarantee employee safety and product quality.
- Closely collaborate with the dispatch team to coordinate deliveries and satisfy customer needs.
- Familiarity with current health and safety standards, particularly COSHH assessments.
- Prior experience working in a similar production environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Competitive salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- A standard full-time schedule with a 40-hour workweek (6am-6pm shifts).
- An annual leave entitlement of 23 days, including bank holidays.
- Eligibility for long-service awards and a referral incentive.
