We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Quality Specialist, specializing in Quality for our Product Quality business unit in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will gain hands-on experience and learn the tools and exposure needed to become an expert in the industry.

This role is ideal for candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence in July 2025.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make a significant impact by:

  • Supporting Project Leaders with all aspects of Project Management from multiple global engineering platforms
  • Maintaining, tracking, and updating web-based project management databases
  • Working closely with Technical Leads and Project Managers to drive forward process and data management
  • Organizing and facilitating global meetings to update business leaders on project progress
  • Monitoring the status of multiple projects using data analytics
  • Utilizing Excel and Minitab for data analysis as well as ad-hoc reports

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

  • Studying towards a Project Management, Business, or applicable STEM degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word) with proficient Excel reporting capabilities
  • Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and familiarity with teleconference tools (Skype, Zoom & Teams)
  • Good customer service skills and a continuous improvement mindset
