We are currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator.
**The Role**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with any incoming broker query ensuring these are actioned as appropriate.
- Assist with inbound queries into the claims teams where needed.
- Provide a courteous approach to all customers and suppliers.
- Assist claims team with claims duties and diary management as required.
- Help to collate and analyse management information regarding claims referrals, weekly workflow etc.
- Assist with broker MI reports.
- Help to produce daily staff workload statistics.
- Provide administrative support to Claims teams within BDElite.
- Manage mailboxes for Operations teams.
- Update Acturis for broker specific claims
- Awareness of Service Level Agreements, for example supplier contracts.
- Provide cover for team members as required - e.g. for holiday, absence.
- Undertake any other duties and project responsibilities reasonably required.
- General administration duties for operations team.
- Any ad hoc duties as requested by Team Leader.
**KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS**
**Essential**
- Experience of working in a customer service and business administration environment.
- At least 5 GCSE passes or above (or equivalent) to include English and Maths.
- PC Literate - experience of MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
**Desirable**
- Experience and knowledge of working in an insurance or sales environment.
- Numerate - previous experience in producing MI Reports would be beneficial.
