**Job Description**:
As an Accounts Administrator at NWCE Foodservice Equipment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance and accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate financial records and databases.
Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims.
Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
Assisting with financial reporting and budgeting activities.
Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in an accounts administration or similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
