- Utilize Xero software to process invoices, payments, and financial transactions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
- Use Google Suite tools for document creation, editing, and sharing

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
- Proficiency in using accounting system for financial management tasks
- Familiarity with Google Suite tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
