**Job Overview - Freelance Site Administrator**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Administrative Support**:

- Manage daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update project documentation, logs, and records.
- Prepare and distribute site reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.
- ** Site Coordination**:

- Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Assist in scheduling and organizing site meetings and inspections.
- Manage site visitor logs and ensure all visitors comply with site safety protocols.
- ** Financial Administration**:

- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
- Track project expenses and maintain accurate financial records.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolution of financial issues.
- ** Health and Safety**:

- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures on site.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
- Ensure all site personnel comply with safety regulations and procedures.
- ** Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for site communications.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or construction management preferred.
- ** Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Experience with Tier 1 contractors is highly desirable.
- ** Skills and Abilities**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
- ** Licenses and Certifications**:

- Valid driver's license is required.
